Tyrell James Stucker, 21, of Lorimor was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and driving while suspended 2:38 a.m. today at the intersection of West Adams Street and Spillway Road.
According to a Creston Police report, Stucker was stopped by deputies for driving while suspended, and paraphernalia containing plant material consistent with marijuana was discovered in his vehicle. Stucker admitted it belonged to him.
Stucker was released on $1,600 bond.
