Creston girls bowlers stay undefeated

Panthers tough out comeback win

Creston’s boys and girls bowlers split Tuesday’s home meet with visiting Red Oak, with the girls picking up a come-from-behind victory 1,960 pins to 1,909.

The Panthers were once again led by Kim Orr’s effort, as she bowled a 298 series. Sophie Schuler complimented the effort with a 284 series of her own to extend Creston’s girls record this season to 3-0.

Creston’s boys fell to Red Oak 2,627 to 1,912.

Isaac Jacobson’s 276 series led the Panthers.

UP NEXT — Creston will be in action at Clarke’s Alley Bowl on Monday. The matchup will put the Panthers’ and Indians’ two undefeated girls teams.
