I volunteer at Aspire More, a gently used clothing store in Afton. It benefits the East Union school district. Students come over weekly from the high school to learn daily living skills and how to be out and about in public. We are usually very busy, so their help is greatly appreciated.
Mrs. Kinyon is their teacher. She helped and instructed them on how to prepare a meal, set up for it and clean up after it is over.
I was one of the guests invited to eat lunch with them Tuesday, Nov. 21. It was awesome and delicious, and too much!
The students sat with the guests and enjoyed the meal with them.
A big thank you to Mrs. Kinyon, Dakota, Ryan and Rylan for a job well done.
