Monday: Salisbury beef, oven roasted potatoes, broccoli, multigrain bread, peaches.

Tuesday: king ranch casserole, lima beans, chuckwagon corn, tortilla chips, pineapple tidbits.

Wednesday: liver and onions or beef with onion gravy, whipped potatoes, sliced carrots, wheat roll, oatmeal cookie.

Thursday: baked chicken breast, blackberry BBQ sauce, baked sweet potato, cabbage, multigrain bread, chocolate pudding.

Friday: potato crusted fish, tartar sauce, mashed red potatoes, green peas, wheat bread, cinnamon applesauce.
