Dustin Kilgore, 37, 1503 N. Lincoln St. Apt. 6, was charged with public intoxication 11:02 p.m. Tuesday at 1503 N. Lincoln St.
According to a Creston Police report, Kilgore was involved in a dispute over property. During the investigation, he was found to be intoxicated and, after the dispute was settled, he was told to stay inside as he was intoxicated. Kilgore’s blood-alcohol level was tested to be above .08. When some officers left, Kilgore came back outside and began yelling at his girlfriend again. Kilgore was then charged by the officer that had remained.
Kilgore was released on $300 bond.

Nate Anthony Lee, 19, and Gatdoar Dhan-Thiech Kueth, 19, both of Des Moines, were each charged with fourth-degree theft and interference with official acts 1:16 a.m. today at the intersection of Highway 34 and Industrial Parkway.
According to a Creston Police report, Kueth and Lee ran from officers in the Wal-Mart parking lot as they were spotted stealing a shopping cart full of groceries. When they were spotted, they ran from the scene leaving the cart next to their vehicle.
Both were being held on $1,000 bond.
