DES MOINES – Jeremy and Rebecca Ide of Afton are parents of a daughter born Oct. 4, 2017. Kate Elizabeth weighed 7 pounds, 7 ounces and was 19 inches long.
Grandparents are Wanda Westby of Kansas, Jim and Sheila Kethley of Georgia and Monty and Diane Ide of Shannon City.
Great-grandparent is Shirley Ide of Creston.
The infant will be welcomed home by Jersey, 10, and Grady, 3.
