According to an Adair County Sheriff report, deputies initiated a traffic stop in Greenfield on a vehicle operated by Sanger for an out driver’s-side taillight. Deputies ran Sanger’s license and found it to be under a temporary restriction.

While deputies were speaking with Sanger, a plastic device used to ingest marijuana was seen in plain view on the passenger seat. A search of the vehicle was then conducted, and additional drug paraphernalia was located. A digital scale with a crystal residue on it was also located along with several used and new glass pipes used to ingest methamphetamine.

Sanger was cited and released.
