Monica Diane Belew, 37, 619 N. Walnut St., was charged with urinating in public 4:22 p.m. Tuesday at the Law Enforcement Center.
According to a Creston Police report, Belew went to the area of 306 N. Oak St. and urinated, which was observed by another person. Belew admitted to the act.
Belew was released on a promise to appear.

Cortni Lynn White, 31, 603 N. Poplar St., was charged on a warrant for failure to appear 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Law Enforcement Center.
White was being held in the Ringgold County Jail for Union County on $2,000 bond.
