Klay Evans, 19, of Earlham was charged with possession of paraphernalia 11:18 p.m. in the 1500 block of North Lincoln Street Monday.
According to a Creston police report, Evans was the driver in a vehicle where marijuana was being actively smoked. Evans admitted to smoking marijuana and handed officers a glass pipe commonly used to ingest marijuana.
Evans was being held on $300 bond.

Jaime Young, 19, of Humeston was charged with possession of paraphernalia 11:18 p.m. in the 1500 block of North Lincoln Street Monday.
