Jeffrey Dean McGee, 34, of Stuart was charged with third-offense domestic abuse and false imprisonment 10:49 p.m. Sept. 4 in Adair County.
According to an Adair County Sheriff report, McGee committed domestic abuse by assaulting a female. McGee also committed false imprisonment by having no right to confining another against their will by padlocking the outside of the door.
McGee was being held on $5,000 bond.

Zachary Clayton Utterback, 24, of Greenfield was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia 7:39 p.m. Sept. 5 in Adair County.
According to an Adair County Sheriff report, Utterback knowingly possessed a green leafy substance in his residence. Utterback also knowingly possessed a glass smoking pipe containing a green leafy substance in his residence.
Utterback was released on $1,000 bond.

Michael Ross Waddingham, 38, of Orient was charged with two counts of third-offense possession of controlled substances as well as on an arrest warrant 3:49 p.m. Sept. 6. in Adair County.
According to an Adair County Sheriff report, during the execution of a search warrant, marijuana and methamphetamine were located in the Waddingham’s room.
Waddingham was being held on $12,000 bond.

James W. Riddle, 37, West Jefferson Street, was charged with driving under suspension 8:23 p.m. Sept. 6.
Riddle was cited and released.
