Robin Annette Carter, 52, of Lorimor was charged on a Union County warrant for second-degree criminal mischief 9:26 p.m. Friday at the Polk County Jail.

According to a Union County Sheriff report, officers were called to the 400 block of South Vine Street in regards to a woman vandalizing a truck. Witnesses said they observed the incident, and were able to identify the woman as a previous resident of the home, and her vehicle, which was on scene. The subject was identified to be Carter. Officers also obtained text message information sent from Carter to the victim.

Carter was transferred to Ringgold County Jail on behalf of Union County, and released on $5,000 bond.
