Monday: sloppy joe, roasted diced potatoes, mixed vegetables, hamburger bun, pineapple tidbits.

Tuesday: chicken salad, vegetable soup, multigrain bread, fruit cocktail.

Wednesday: lasagna casserole, tossed salad, Italian dressing, seasoned green beans, wheat bread, peach cobbler.

Thursday: potato crusted fish, tartar sauce, cheesy whipped potatoes, Brussels sprouts, multigrain bread, fresh banana.

Friday: baked chicken breast, tarragon cream sauce, baked sweet potato, cabbage, wheat roll, fruited gelatin.
