GREENFIELD – Shelby Brewer earned the top four places in the 4-H/FFA lamb performance show at the 2017 Adair County Fair. Brewer won the contest with her 128-pound entry producing .329 pounds of boneless retail cuts per day on feed. The lamb actually gained .988 pounds per day on feed and had a 3.4 square inch rib eye area. Brewer is the daughter of Kim Brewer of Greenfield.
Brewer claimed reserve honors with her 130-pound lamb. Her entry produced .319 pounds of boneless retail cuts per day on feed and had a 3.15 square inch rib eye area.
