John Vanscoy, 31, 300 N. Maple St., was charged for driving while barred 4:10 p.m., Monday at the intersection of New York Avenue and South Sumner Street.
According to a Creston Police report, officers were on patrol when they observed a green Dodge traveling down New York Avenue. The driver was Vanscoy. Vanscoy had a barred driver’s license and the plates were expired on the vehicle. Vanscoy was stopped and charged.
Vanscoy was released on $2,000 bond.
