Bluegrass Blondies coming to Warren Center

GREENFIELD – Some of Iowa’s best bluegrass music will take the stage when The Bluegrass Blondies perform 7 p.m. Saturday, June 24, at Warren Cultural Center. This talented family band has received numerous award nominations for their vocal talents, instrumental and entertainment abilities, and in 2016 they were awarded the Bluegrass Gospel Group of the Year by Society for Preservation of Bluegrass Music of America.

Tickets for the show are on sale now at Ed & Eva's, 154 Public Square, in Greenfield, by calling 641-743-2566 or at www.warrenculturalcenter.com. Wine, beer, soft drinks and snacks will be available at the show.

The Bluegrass Blondies have performed more than 1,120 shows since their debut in 2012, including a stop at Branson’s Silver Dollar City, which can be seen at YouTube by searching for Bluegrass Blondies and Silver Dollar City. The five-piece, all-family acoustic music band, involves the parents and their three talented daughters. Their performances are a family-oriented show, spanning several genres – bluegrass, country, bluegrass gospel, traditional gospel, contemporary Christian, southern gospel and a capella, as well as comedy and good old down-home fun.
