Tony Dean Fizer, 47, of Creston was charged with driving on a suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of prescription drugs 9:42 p.m. Tuesday on Highway 25.
According to an Adams County Sheriff’s report, deputies conducted a traffic stop on Highway 25. Fizer was found to be driving on a suspended license with nine withdraws in effect. Fizer was charged with driving while license suspended. Upon further investigation, Fizer was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of prescription drugs.
Fizer was being held on a $1,300 bond.
