Trey Mills, 20, of Kent, was charged with trespassing 12 p.m. Saturday at 806 Laurel St.
According to a Creston Police report, Mills was inside Wal-Mart after being served notice to not be in the store.
Mills was released on a promise to appear.

Kyle Hoadley, 28, 404 N. Cherry St., was charged with domestic abuse assault 4 p.m. Friday at his residence.
According to a Creston Police report, Hoadley and a female victim got into a fight. When the fight turned physical, Hoadley grabbed the victim’s arms and neck, leaving a red mark on her neck.
He was released on a promise to appear.
