Dustin Ray Kilgore, 37, 1503 N. Lincoln St. Apt. 6 was charged with driving while barred 8:30 a.m. April 24 on Highway 25.

According to a Union County Sheriff report, Kilgore was stopped for speeding. After a check of Kilgore’s drivers license it showed he was barred from driving by the state of Iowa.

Kilgore was released on $2,000 bond.

Michael Ross Waddingham, 38, of Orient was charged on a Union County warrant for two charges of controlled substance violations 6:00 p.m. April 27 at Union County Law Enforcement Center.

According to a Union County Sheriff report, Waddingham met with a cooperating individual working under the direction of the Iowa Division of Narcotics Enforcement in Creston and sold the cooperating individual a quantity of a crystalline substance purported to be methamphetamine. The cooperating individual utilized documented United States currency provided to them by law enforcement to purchase the purported methamphetamine from Waddingham. The cooperating individual was equipped with a digital recording device during the controlled transaction with Waddingham provided to the individual by law enforcement.

Waddingham was being held on a $50,000 bond.

Dillon Cole Decker, 26, of Lorimor was charged on two Union County warrants for second-degree criminal mischief and assault causing serious injury 12:00 p.m. May 1 in Madison County.

According to a Union County Sheriff report, Decker went to a male victim’s residence with a blunt object and intent to cause damage to two vehicles belonging to the victim. With the blunt object Decker broke out the front and rear glass on one vehicle and the rear glass on a second vehicle. Decker also went to the victim’s residence with a blunt object hoping to cause injury to him. With the blunt object, Decker struck the victim about the head causing lacerations on the head.

Decker was being held on a $5,000 bond.

Joesph Charles Cosenza-Weaver, 24, of Lenox was charged on a Union County warrant for failure to serve jail sentence on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance 8:30 p.m. Friday at Union County Law Enforcement Center.

Cosenza-Weaver was released on no bond after serving the remainder of his jail sentence.

Melissa Joann Wilson, 40, of Murray was charged on a Union County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft 9:20 p.m. Sunday in Dallas County.

Wilson was being held on $2,000 bond.

Lori Kilpatrick of Lorimor reported a trail camera, Pampered Chef items, mirror, clock, audible alarm and other household items were taken between March 25 and April 25 from her residence.

Loss estimate is $850.

Roger Trenkle of Cromwell reported two windows in his RV were broken between 9:00 p.m. Sunday and 9:00 a.m Monday while it was parked in his yard.

Damage estimate of $500.
