Royce Duane Boltinghouse, 49, of Clarinda was charged with operating while intoxicated 6:54 p.m. April 29 in Adams County.

According to an Adams County Sheriff report, sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop on Boltinghouse for speeding near the intersection of Highway 34 and Mulberry Avenue. Officers detected the smell of alcohol on Boltinghouse. Boltinghouse refused field sobriety tests and was charged.

Boltinghouse was being held on $1,000 bond.

Trisha Mitchell, 28, of Lenox was charged with second-offense operating while intoxicated and driving while revoked 7 a.m. Thursday in Adams County.

According to an Adams County Sheriff report, sheriff’s deputies stopped a vehicle at 3238 Highway 34. Officers recognized the driver as Mitchell. They knew the driver had a revoked Iowa driver’s license. During the stop they believed she was impaired. She was taken to the sheriff’s office, where she refused to give a breath test.

Mitchell was being held on $2,000 bond.

Casey Dell Claiser, 38, of Prescott was charged with trespassing 11:09 a.m. Friday in Adams County.

According to an Adams County Sheriff report, sheriff’s deputies charged Claiser for trespassing on railroad property after complaints were made by three individuals on passing trains about a man along the tracks.

Claiser was being held on $300 bond.

Jackson Soll, 18, of Corning was charged with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, 7:16 p.m. Monday in Adams County.

According to an Adams County Sheriff report, sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle operated by Soll. Soll was charged stemming from an incident Feb. 25.

Soll was being held on $1,000 bond.
