Greater Regional Medical Center (GRMC) Auxiliary recently awarded five $1,000 scholarships to area applicants pursuing careers in health care.
Recipients include:
Alexus Larkin of Creston, who plans to attend Iowa Western Community College;
Kiara Roberts of Corning, who plans to attend Iowa State University;
Morgan Shawler of Creston, who plans to attend Iowa State University;
Dawson Smith of Creston, who plans to attend Iowa State University;
Morgan Thompson of Lenox, currently a student at Southwestern Community College.
