Monday: Swiss steak, red potatoes, carrots, wheat bread, fruit cocktail.

Tuesday: taco beef, lettuce, tomato, pinto beans, taco sauce, sour cream, corn O’Brien, tortilla chips, four tortilla, tropical fruit.

Wednesday: breaded Pollock or breaded chicken, rosemary potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower, wheat hamburger bun, chewy peanut butter bar.

Thursday: beef goulash, Italian vegetable blend, mixed green salad, Italian dressing, dinner roll, hot apples with raisins.

Friday: turkey breast, supreme sauce, mashed yams, Harvard beets, multigrain bread, peaches.
