Jacob Jeffrey Fry, 34, 319 N. Jarvis St., was charged with operating while intoxicated 11:45 a.m. March 30 at Union County Law Enforcement Center.

According to a Creston Police report, Fry operated a motor vehicle under the influence of one or more drugs at the level that meets or exceeds the level established by Iowa code.

Fry was released on $1,000 bond.

Brenda Davis, 28, of Afton was charged on a Union County warrant for probation violation on an original charge of fourth-degree criminal mischief 9:32 a.m. Friday at Union County Law Enforcement Center.

Davis was released on $1,000 bond.

Trevor Loudon, 27, 1005 N. Cherry St., was charged on a Union County warrant for violation of parole 10 a.m. Saturday at Union County Law Enforcement Center.

Loudon was being held on no bond.

Colan Kelly Hanner, 31, 300 N. Oak St. Apt. 1, was charged with disorderly conduct and simple trespass 8:47 p.m. Sunday at Wal-Mart.

According to a Creston Police report, officers were dispatched to Wal-Mart, 806 Laurel St., to investigate a report of a male subject trespassing in the store. Upon arrival, officers were advised by a Wal-Mart loss prevention employee that Hanner had been banned from the store on a prior incident Oct. 22, 2016. Hanner signed the banned notice at that time in agreement of the ban notice.

Officers then were directed to where Hanner was being detained in the store. Hanner was charged and escorted out of the store. As officers were walking to the patrol vehicles, Hanner turned and used obscenities toward the Wal-Mart employee standing outside the store. Hanner was advised he was being charged and was transported to Union County Law Enforcement Center.

Hanner was being held on $300 bond.

Mandi Stowers, 41, of Blockton was charged with driving while suspended 10:57 p.m. Sunday in the 400 block of Livingston Avenue.

Stowers was released on $300 bond.
