Monday: roast beef, brown gravy, whipped potatoes, California mixed vegetables, multigrain bread, birthday cake.

Tuesday: western baked beef, macaroni and cheese, brussels sprouts, wheat bread, tropical fruit.

Wednesday: chicken noodle casserole, green beans, stewed tomatoes, dinner roll, sugar cookie.

Thursday: Easter breakfast casserole, tri tators, hot spiced apples, wheat bread, cranberry juice.

Friday: potato crusted fish, baked potato, sour cream, baby carrots, spiced pear muffin.
