Yaasmyn Spivey, 19, of Omaha, Nebraska, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia 10:37 a.m. March 10 in Adams County.
According to an Adams County Sheriff report, Adams County Sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop on Spivey. A consent search was conducted and a marijuana pipe was recovered from Spivey.
Spivey was being held on $300 bond.

Sean Stauffer, 31, of Creston was charged with second-offense failure to comply with the sex offender registry, possession with intent to deliver, child endangerment, possession of drug paraphernalia and house of ill fame 12:02 p.m. March 15 in Adams County.
According to an Adams County Sheriff report, Adams County Sheriff’s deputies charged Stauffer at 500 Grove Ave., in Corning. Officers then obtained a search warrant for the residence and upon further investigation, Stauffer was additionally charged.
Stauffer was being held on $41,000 bond.

Misty Cross, 28, of Corning was charged with possession with intent to deliver, child endangerment, possession of drug paraphernalia and house of ill fame 12:02 p.m. March 15 in Adams County.
According to an Adams County Sheriff report, Adams County Sheriff’s deputies conducted a search warrant at 500 Grove Ave., in Corning, and upon further investigation Cross was charged.
Cross was being held on $36,000 bond.

Dennis Brown, 57, of Creston was charged with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia 3:05 p.m. Thursday in Adams County.
According to an Adams County Sheriff report, Adams County Sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of 190th Street and Vanilla Avenue. Upon further investigation, Brown was charged.
Brown was being held on $300 bond.
