Michelle Roberts, 46, of Creston died Saturday, March 11, 2017, at Mercy Medical Center in Centerville.

Private memorial services will be held at a later date. Powers Funeral Home, junction of highways 34 and 25, in Creston is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences may be left at www.powersfh.com.

Michelle Ann (Doolittle) Roberts, daughter of Wesley Earl Doolittle and Mary Rosette (Bowlby) Doolittle, was born Jan. 4, 1971, in Coldwater, Michigan. She was raised by her mother Mary and Donald Grenier.

Michelle worked at a variety of places while in Creston including Bunn-O-Matic, Ferrera and Fansteel/Wellman Dynamics.

Michelle is survived by her significant other, Kenneth Batten of Creston; parents, Mary (Donald) Grenier of Plano; daughters, Christina Savage of Creston and Rachel Blair of Creston; sons, Austin Thomas of Creston and Coty Savage; grandchildren, Brooklynn Roberts, Mallory Knowles, Mason Knowles, Tagston Herring and Adelyn Thomas, all of Creston; sisters, Denise (Paul) Tyrrell of Albia and Shannon Hacker of Oskaloosa and former husband, Harold Roberts of Creston.

Michelle was preceded in death by her biological father, Wesley and grandmother Sharon Lobshire.
