John David Foster, 31, 703 W. Jefferson St., was charged on a Union County warrant for probation violation 1 p.m. Thursday in Polk County.
Foster was transported from Polk County Jail to Union County Jail and was being held on $5,000 bond.

Terry Dean Fry of Kent reported between 8 a.m. and 8:09 p.m. Sunday, his 1990 purple Chevrolet 1500 pickup was taken from his property.
The pickup, estimated at $1,500, was recovered in Taylor County.
