Adams County to hold Pheasants Forever banquet

PRESCOTT – Adams County will hold the annual Pheasants Forever banquet and fundraiser Saturday, March 4, in Prescott. Funds raised stay in Adams County to support habitat projects and youth activities.

This event has been held for more than 20 years in Adams County, the first time in Prescott. Last year, the chapter sponsored six boys and two girls to outdoor camps at Springbrook State Park, donated turkeys to a youth trap shoot and helped support 4-H Shooting Sports.

The habitat projects included food plot seed and a native grass program.

The event begins at 5:30 p.m., dinner at 7 p.m. and live auction to follow. Some live auction items are wildlife art, firearms and a Yeti cooler. Silent auction items will be wildlife- and outdoor-related items and local services.

Tickets are available now or can be purchased at the door. Ticket price includes a Pheasants Forever membership.
