Tuesday: country fried steak with gravy, whipped potatoes, mixed vegetables, wheat bread, fruited gelatin.

Wednesday: turkey ham and white beans, green peas, cornbread, hot apples.

Thursday: homemade meatloaf, tomato gravy, scalloped potatoes, green beans, multigrain bread, pears.

Friday: Italian pork loin, rice Florentine, Brussels sprouts, dinner roll, fresh banana.
