Sara Bagby, 32, 901 W. Adair St., was charged with allowing an animal to run at large 10:37 a.m. Tuesday at her residence.

Bagby was cited and released.

Nathan Vicker, 25, 1722 180th St., was charged on a Union County warrant for fourth-degree criminal mischief 2:10 p.m. Tuesday at Union County Law Enforcement Center.

According to a Creston Police report, Vicker did intentionally break out two windows of a vehicle owned by Mark L. Vicker, 1722 180th St., by punching them with his fist. Damage estimate is $420.

Vicker was being held on $1,300 bond.
