Dakota Earley, 20, 306 S. Pine St., was charged with driving while suspended 10:48 p.m. Friday at the intersection of East Montgomery and North Pine streets.

Early was released on $300 bond.

Richard Glenn Woosley, 61, 500 E. Summit St., was charged with simple assault 10:14 p.m. Saturday at his residence.

According to a Creston Police report, Woosley told a female victim to get her things out of an apartment. The female was then hit on the side of her head. Her hair was pulled, she had an injury to her knee and ankle and she was pushed and shoved. The female had marks from the assault and was going to be checked out by staff of an emergency room.

Woosley was released on $300 bond.

Nathan Vicker, 25, 1722 180th St., was charged with interference with official acts 4:58 p.m. Monday in the 400 block of South Maple Street.

According to a Creston Police report, officers responded to a welfare check near South Maple and Lucas streets for Vicker. Officers encountered Vicker and offered him a ride to a hotel where he said he had a room. Before allowing Vicker in the patrol vehicle, officers advised Vicker he would be patted down for his and the officers’ safety. Vicker agreed to allow officers to do so. While patting Vicker down, Vicker pulled away, reaching for his pocket, then took an aggressive stance toward officers, becoming noncompliant.

Vicker was being held on $300 bond.

Jason Oglesbee, 803 W. Adams St. Apt. 1, reported a window in the front door was broken between 7:15 and 7:45 p.m. Sunday at his residence.

It is unknown if items were taken.

Damage estimate is $100.
