Brooke Carter, 26, 310 S. Vine St., was charged on three Polk County warrants for probation violation 3:01 p.m. Tuesday at Union County Law Enforcement Center.
Carter was being held on no bond at Ringgold County Jail for Union County awaiting transfer to Polk County.

Robbie Dohrn, 52, 508 S. Birch St., was charged on two Union County warrants for failure to appear as sentenced on an original charge of possession of methamphetamine and failure to appear as sentenced on an original charge of second-offense operating while intoxicated 7:29 p.m. Tuesday at 600 Sheldon St.
Dohrn was being held serving the balance of both sentences.

Kendrick Layne Davis, 18, 1009 Manor Dr. Apt. A, was charged on a Union County warrant for operating under the influence 8:32 p.m. Tuesday at Union County Law Enforcement Center.
According to a Creston Police report, Davis was stopped for a traffic violation and had the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his person. He also admitted to drinking alcohol. Davis consented to standard field sobriety testing and preliminary breath testing, which indicated impairment.
Davis was being held awaiting a bond hearing.
