Tyree Jermaine Millsap, 26, of Thayer was charged with driving while suspended 11:30 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of New York Avenue and West Jefferson Street.

Millsap was being held on $300 bond.

Ealy Melvin Tucker, 40, of Longmont, Colorado, was charged with trespassing 5:50 p.m. Thursday at Wal-Mart.

According to a Creston Police report, Tucker entered Wal-Mart, located at 806 Laurel St., while being restricted from all Wal-Mart properties because of a theft incident. Tucker admitted he knew he was not permitted in Wal-Mart stores and also admitted he entered the store with the intention of stealing items from the store.

Tucker was being held on $300 bond.

Jessica Marie Larkin, 22, 306 N. Vine St., was charged with public intoxication 2:46 a.m. Friday at the intersection of Swigart and North Pine streets.

According to a Creston Police report, officers were dispatched to the corner of North Pine and Swigart streets for a possible intoxicated person. Upon arrival, officers spoke with Larkin, who said she had been drinking at a bar. Officers observed Larkin stagger while walking, slur her words while speaking and an odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from her person.

Larkin was being held on $300 bond in Ringgold County Jail for Union County.

Anthony Gross, 43, 308 S. Division St., was charged with probation violation 12:01 p.m. Friday at Wal-Mart.

Gross was released on promise to appear and transferred to the custody of Madison County Sheriff.

Rebecca Lynn Pettit, 53, 301 N. Vine St., was charged with third-degree harassment 1:50 p.m. Friday at Union County Law Enforcement Center.

According to a Creston Police report, Pettit had a Christmas card left on the vehicle of a male subject after being told not to have contact with him and after being served a no-contact request.

Pettit was released on promise to appear.

Ryan Jason Parmenter, 20, 428 Livingston Ave., was charged with fifth-degree criminal mischief and simple domestic assault 6:45 p.m. Friday at 500 N. Cherry St., and additionally charged with violation of a protection order 11:35 a.m. Saturday at Union County Law Enforcement Center.

According to a Creston Police report, Parmenter kicked the passenger side rear door of a vehicle a female victim was driving while trying to gain access. There is a large dent in the door consistent with being kicked. Parmenter and the female victim were arguing. When Parmenter went to the vehicle to get his things, he bent the female’s finger back, turned the vehicle off, held the female down and would not let her leave. Parmenter was also trying to take a minor child out of the vehicle. After an investigation, Parmenter was charged.

Additionally, Parmenter had his mother text the same female victim, violating the protection order via third-party contact.

Parmenter was originally released on promise to appear, then held on $300 bond.

Kathleen Marie Hribal, 906 N. Oak St., reported several Christmas decorations were damaged between 5:30 p.m. Wednesday and noon Thursday from her residence.

Loss estimate is $125.

TJ Durst, 1006 N. Division St., reported several Christmas decorations were taken and damaged between 6 and 10 a.m. Thursday from his residence.

Loss and damage estimate is $340.

Annie Konkler, 1005 N. Cherry St., reported a Samsung Galaxy 6 was taken between 8 and 10 p.m. Thursday from her vehicle while it was parked at her residence.

Loss estimate is $300.
