Police

Christopher Adam Fannon, 28, 310 N. Oak St. Apt. 1, was charged on a Union County warrant for driving while revoked 4:26 p.m. Wednesday at Union County Law Enforcement Center.

According to a Creston Police report, on Monday officers observed Fannon operating a motor vehicle at the intersection of West Taylor Street and South Sumner Avenue. Officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle being driven by Fannon because of his license being revoked because of operating while intoxicated test refusal.

Fannon was released on $1,000 bond.

Justin Byers, 505 N. Walnut St., reported a yellow 2000 Bombardier DS650 all-terrain vehicle was taken between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 1 a.m. Thursday from the driveway of his residence.

Loss estimate is $5,000.
