The Christiana Iyagbaye Sr. Memorial Foundation Inc. is holding its annual turkey giveaway. The charitable organization is providing free turkeys for the have-nots, working poor, disabled, low-income, refugees and poor immigrants on Thanksgiving Day in Creston at the following location: 111 W. Montgomery St., P.O. Box 514, Creston, Iowa, 50801.
A second free turkey giveaway will be Dec. 19 at the following location in Osceola: 110 E. McLane Street, Highway 34 East, P.O. Box 42, Osceola, Iowa, 50213.
It should be noted the organization is keeping track of the numbers of free turkeys given away. The organization will only give out turkeys to those who complete the form. For more information or to fill out a form, call 641-202-9586.
