Patricia Ann McFail, 31, 802 W. Jefferson St., was charged with unlawful possession of prescription drugs and possession of paraphernalia 7:26 a.m. Monday at 800 W. Taylor St.
According to a Creston Police report, officers were dispatched to Casey’s Texaco on a report of a woman slumped over in her car with the car running. Officers arrived and made contact with the female and, in the course of the investigation, a pill bottle containing amoxicillin that was prescribed to another individual was found. McFail indicated the pills were not hers and were given to her by another. In the course of the investigation, a glass pipe used for smoking methamphetamine was found.
McFail was released on $1,000 bond.
