Dakota Dean Rosch, 21, 100 W. Ringgold St., was charged with driving while revoked 5:15 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Laurel Street and Highway 34.
According to a Creston Police report, officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle being driven by Rosch. Rosch’s driver’s license was revoked for operating while intoxicated test failure. Rosch was taken into custody and transported to Union County Law Enforcement Center.
Rosch was released on $1,000 bond.

Courtney Laine Sanson, 24, 310 N. Oak St. Apt. 1, was charged with trespassing 10:51 p.m. Thursday at 923 N. Division St.
According to a Creston Police report, at 7:25 p.m., officers received a call of a suspicious person in a home who was not invited. The subject had fled the scene prior to officers’ arrival. Through investigation, it was determined the suspect was Sanson. After speaking with Sanson about the incident, she admitted she entered the home of a residence unknown to her and left as soon as she was spotted by the daughter of the resident.
Sanson was cited and released.
