Wyett was cited and released.

Mary Ann Giles, 47, 318 W. Montgomery St., was charged on a Union County warrant for fourth-degree theft 11:30 p.m. Tuesday at her residence.
According to a Creston Police report, Giles took a load of clothes from a dryer at a laundromat and took the clothes, knowing they didn’t belong to her. The total of the items taken were approximately $400.
Giles was released on $1,000 bond.

Michael Alan Fry, 56, 900 N. Oak St., was charged with driving while barred 12:58 a.m. today at the intersection of West Montgomery and North Division streets.
According to a Creston Police report, Fry was operating a motor vehicle in Creston in the area of the intersection of West Montgomery and North Division streets. Fry had a barred driver’s license. Fry was taken into custody.
Fry was being held on $2,000 bond.
