AS ACCOUNTING MANAGER, WHAT DO YOU SPEND MOST OF YOUR HOURS DOING? We are right in the midst of the city budget now. The budget has to be submitted to the state by March 15. So, that takes up most of my time. But, day to day I process payables for fire, police, streets and more.

BEST THING ABOUT CRESTON: The different opportunities for the kids. The YMCA and library offer a lot of programming. It's a small-town atmosphere with a lot of convenience still.

DO YOU HAVE A NICKNAME? Paul Ver Meer calls me "BC" for bean counter.

WILL BERNIE SANDERS DEFEAT HILLARY CLINTON? Yes. She is in the media for too many bad things.

WEBSITE/APP YOU USE MOST OFTEN: Facebook. Other than that, it would be online shopping.

WHAT DOES YOUR FAMILY DO FOR FUN? Camp. We camp all over southwest Iowa. We like the state park in Anita. Saylorville (Lake) is another great place. That's probably my favorite.
