Christopher Adam Fannon, 27, of Corning was charged with operating while intoxicated and domestic assault 12:59 p.m. Saturday in Adams County.
According to an Adams County Sheriff report, officers received a call about a single-car accident on Birch Avenue. Occupants of the vehicle were fighting, and the vehicle left the roadway and went into a field. The passenger was injured during the altercation and transported to the Corning hospital for treatment.
Fannon was being held on no bond.

Timothy A. Barnes, 38, of Bellevue, Nebraska, was charged with possession of methamphetamine 6:38 p.m. Monday in Adams County.
According to an Adams County Sheriff report, officers conducted a traffic stop on a red Ford truck. A K-9 sweep of the vehicle was conducted and a positive alert for the presence of narcotics was indicated, and officers found a small amount of methamphetamine.
Barnes was being held on $1,000 bond.
