Tuesday: cranberry dijon chicken, oven roasted potatoes, baby carrots, multigrain bread, tropical fruit.
Wednesday: beef with peppers, onions and gravy, baked sweet potato, cabbage, multigrain bread, "birthday cake."
Thursday: Italian pork, rice florentine, broccoli and cauliflower, wheat bread, strawberry cheesecake pudding.
Friday: fish on a bun or hamburger, parslied potatoes, mixed beans, wheat bun, apricot halves.
