Tuesday: roast beef with brown gravy, whipped potatoes, California vegetable blend, wheat roll, fruited gelatin.
Wednesday: lemon pepper fish with dill sauce or western baked beef, confetti rice, cabbage, multigrain bread, banana.
Thursday: beef tips with gravy, pasta, green beans Amandine, dinner roll, strawberry shortcake.
Friday: vegetable bean stew, baked potato, sour cream, baby carrots, wheat roll, cinnamon roll.
