The first negotiating session between the Southwestern Community College (SWCC) Board of Directors and the SWCC Education Association for the terms of the 2016-17 master contract agreement will be held 3:45 p.m. Thursday in the boardroom of the Administration Center, 1501 W. Townline St., in Creston.
During this session, the Education Association will present its proposal for the new contract.
A second negotiating session will be held 4 p.m. Thursday in the same location. During this session, the board will present its proposal for the new contract.
Both meetings are open to the public.
