Clarke golfer signs with SWCC

Courtney Clark, a senior at Clarke High School in Osceola, has signed a National Letter of Intent to play golf at Southwestern Community College starting in the fall 2016 semester.

Clark played golf all four years in high school. Doug North, SWCC head golf coach, said Clark will be a tremendous addition to the college’s golf program.

“Courtney will compete at a high level during her time at SWCC,” North stated. “Not only is she an outstanding athlete, her grades will reflect the outstanding individual she is in the classroom as well. I’m glad we’re keeping her in southwest Iowa.”

Clark will be a student in SWCC’s arts and sciences transfer program.
