John Robert Lemon, 33, of Greenfield was charged with public intoxication, third-degree criminal mischief and interference with official acts 5:42 p.m. Nov. 12 in Adair County.
According to a Greenfield Police report, Lemon was transported to Adair County Memorial Hospital for alcohol treatment. While there, he became very irate and began throwing things. He was very intoxicated. While there, he deliberately urinated and defaced property in a public restroom. He also grabbed a pair of scissors and other medical items, and when trying to take these items away from Lemon, he resisted.
Lemon was cited and released.
