Montgomery St., was referred to juvenile authorities on a Union County bench warrant for assault on a peace officer, interference with official acts, third-degree criminal mischief, fifth-degree criminal mischief, trespass and public intoxication 8 p.m. Thursday at Union County Law Enforcement Center.
Farlow was released to the custody of juvenile authority.
