Gabriel John Simmerman, 30, of Carroll was charged on an Adair County warrant for fifth-degree theft midnight Sept. 21 in Adair County.

Simmerman was released on $500 bond.

Rebecca Lynn Hutton, 41, of Des Moines was charged on an Adair County warrant for first-degree harassment 3:23 p.m. Wednesday in Adair County.

Hutton pleaded guilty to third-degree harassment and was released.

Ashley Suzanne Boyd, 31, of Greenfield was charged with driving under suspension 3:05 p.m. Thursday in Adair County.

Boyd was cited and released.

Tyler P. Jacobson, 25, of Omaha, Nebraska, was charged with second-degree theft 12:22 a.m. Friday in Adair County.

According to an Adair County Sheriff report, Jacobson was met with in the parking lot of Casey’s to sell a trailer for $3,500. The trailer was previously stolen from a business in the city of Adair. Jacobson claimed to have had the trailer since the end of June, but the trailer had been stolen as of late August. Jacobson claimed to have traded another trailer for this trailer, but was unable to provide any verifiable information of the transaction.

Jacobson was released on $5,000 bond.

Ryan James Richter, 33, of Casey was charged on an Adair County warrant for violation of a no-contact order 7:52 p.m. Saturday in Adair County.

Richter was being held on $1,000 bond.
