— City elections will be Tuesday, Nov. 3.
Voter pre-registration deadline is 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23. The law now allows voters to register on election day, however, it is a lengthy process and takes extra time at the polls.
Voters may request an absentee ballot from the auditor’s office. Voters may vote in the office between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, or they may request a ballot be mailed to them. The deadline to request an absentee ballot be mailed is 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30. The last day to vote absentee in the Auditor’s Office is from 8 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 3. Polls will open at noon on election day.
