Monday: pineapple chicken, whole kernel corn, spinach, multigrain bread, fresh fruit.
Tuesday: pork with supreme sauce, red roasted potatoes, capri vegetable blend, wheat bread, bread pudding with lemon glaze.
Wednesday: beef and bow tie casserole, glazed carrots, tossed salad, assorted salad dressing, "birthday cake."
Thursday: oven fried chicken, baked potato, sour cream, seasoned green peas, multigrain bread, peaches and pineapple.
Friday: taco beef, lettuce, tomato, shredded cheese, sour cream, pinto beans, Mexican corn, tortilla or tortilla chips, fresh banana.
All meals are served with 2 percent or skim milk and coffee.
