Daniel Newell Snedeker, 50, of Diagonal was charged with driving under suspension 10:26 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Lucas Street and New York Avenue.
Snedeker was released on $300 bond.

Wesley Richard Oliphant, 18, of Lenox was charged with possession of paraphernalia 1 a.m. Saturday on West Adams Street.
According to a Creston Police report, Oliphant was found in possession of a glass pipe commonly used to smoke marijuana at 611 W. Adams St. Apt. 6. He said the pipe was his.
Oliphant was released on $300 bond.

Amy Louise Kay Crispin, 40, 611 W. Adams St. Apt. 6, was charged with second-offense possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia at her residence.
According to a Creston Police report, officers investigated a complaint over property and during the investigation, drug-related items were observed by officers in plain view.
Crispin was released on $2,000 bond.

Adam Douglas Drake, 28, 307 W. Adams St. Apt. 68, was charged with third-offense public intoxication 3:15 p.m. Sunday on South Elm Street.
According to a Creston Police report, Drake was consuming alcohol while in a Casey’s parking lot and while on Elm Street north of Union Street. Drake was seen with an open alcohol container in his hand on Elm Street and exhibited a very strong odor of an alcoholic beverage. He appeared to be intoxicated and refused testing for intoxication.
Drake was being held in the Ringgold County Jail for Union County on $2,000 bond.
