Harold Brown, 32, of Clearfield was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia on a Taylor County warrant Aug. 19 in Diagonal.
According to a Ringgold County Sheriff report, Brown was spotted in public, was asked his name and was arrested on a Taylor County warrant. Upon further investigation, drug paraphernalia was found in Brown’s vehicle.
Brown was transported to Taylor County Sheriff’s Office.

Austin Bolles, 24, of Mount Ayr was charged on a Ringgold County warrant for three counts of probation violation Tuesday at his residence.
Bolles was being held on no bond.

Jason Perkins, 36, of Kellerton was charged on a Ringgold County warrant for failure to appear Thursday at his residence.
Perkins was released on $300 bond.
